Thank you for making a reservation!

For large group reservations or special events, please get in touch with us by phone or email so we can set aside additional tables for you. An additional deposit is required for large groups. An invoice for your large group deposit will be sent to your email address. All deposits will be credited to your total during your visit.

We rely on our customers to arrive on time for their appointments, and do not overbook our tables. Please notify us of any same-day changes to your group size or reservation details, or for last-minute cancellations. Otherwise, please utilize the change/cancellation link provided in your confirmation email.

Your finished, fired artwork will be ready for pickup in about three weeks. You may call the studio to ensure projects are ready, or just drop by during our open hours, Friday-Sunday. We will NOT call you when your projects are ready to pick up, we will only contact you if projects are left for an extended period of time. Projects left longer than three months may be donated if we are unable to reach you to arrange pickup or shipping.
